Price match promise

Should you find an identical product selling for less at another local registered opticians, we will gladly *refund you the difference.

30-day exchange

If you’re not completely satisfied with your frames, simply return them within 30-days and we will exchange them for a suitable alternative at *no extra cost.
* No part-refund on cheaper alternatives. Pay the difference if a higher priced item is selected.

30-day Varifocal guarantee

If you have not adjusted to your new varifocals within 30-days, simply bring them back and we’ll provide a suitable alternative at *no additional cost.

• Pay the difference if a higher priced item is selected. No refunds on cheaper glasses.

12-month manufacturers guarantee

If your frame or lenses are found to have a manufacturing defect within 12-months of your purchase, we will repair or *replace them for free.

• Accidental damage and general wear-and-tear will not be covered by this guarantee. End of line, discounted, discontinued, and promotional frames also not covered by this guarantee.

12-month anti-reflection coating guarantee

We only use high quality spectacle len’s coatings. In the unlikely event that the coating fails, we will *replace the lenses free within 1-year of purchase.

• Accidental damage and general wear-and-tear will not be covered by this guarantee.

2-year Crizl Forte anti-reflective coating guarantee

If you choose the Crizal Forte anti-reflective coating by Essilor, and if the coating scratches, we will *replace the lenses according to the manufacturer’s guarantee within 2-years of purchase.
